What this site is

This website describes what Durward is building. Durward is pre-product: the Gate and the receipt are being built, and the rating and the cover are planned. Nothing on this site is a product you can buy or rely on today.

No insurance, no advice

Durward does not sell, bind or arrange insurance, and holds no insurance licence. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a quote, or a promise of cover. Nothing here is legal, insurance, financial or security advice for your situation.

The demos

The Gate, forge and verifier demos run in your browser. Their rules are examples, their receipts are signed with a throwaway key made in your tab, and their figures are illustrative. What you type into them is not sent anywhere. They show how the product is meant to work; they are not the product.

The design partner list

Adding your name tells us you would like to hear about the design partner program. It does not create a contract, a commitment on either side, or a place in any program. What we keep and why is on the privacy page, and you can leave the list at any time.

Using the site fairly

• Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or send the form on anyone else's behalf.
• Don't use the site to send anything unlawful, or anyone's personal data but your own.
• Automated checks and research are welcome at a polite rate.

Words, design and sources

The text, design, renders and the Durward name and logo belong to Durward. The sources we cite belong to their publishers; each source note links to the original, and we don't control those sites.

As is

The site is provided as it is, and may change or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Durward is not liable for any loss from using the site or relying on what it says.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
