AI agents already refund, deploy and delete on their own. Robots and vehicles are next. Durward is building the gate that holds the actions machines can't undo and signs a receipt for each one, and designing cover meant to pay on it.
Pre-product. Software first. Cover is planned, not sold today.

02 The gate
Nothing irreversible should go through alone.
Reads are meant to go straight through. Refunds, deletes, deploys and mass messages that break your rules wait for the person you named, or are blocked outright.
Every decision becomes a receipt: which machine asked, which rule matched, who approved, and when. It is hashed and signed, so anyone can check it, and a change after the fact shows.
Then the receipt is what cover is meant to pay on.

Durward does not sell, bind or arrange insurance today.
Your buyer's security review asks what happens when your agent gets it wrong. Durward is being built so you can answer with receipts, and later with a licensed carrier's evidence of insurance once cover exists.
Agents that move money
The Gate is designed to hold refunds, payouts, transfers and charges above the limits you set.

The Gate is designed to hold deploys, deletes, destructive SQL and force pushes for a human or a policy.

Questions
Asked plainly.
Do you sell insurance today?
No. Durward does not sell, bind or arrange insurance today, and holds no insurance licence. Cover is planned through a licensed carrier or coverholder. None is signed up yet. Until then, Durward is software, and any promise we make sits in our own contract after legal review.
Is there a product I can use today?
Not yet. Durward is pre-product. The waitlist is for design partners who want to shape which actions the Gate covers first.
What is a receipt, exactly?
A signed record of one decision at the gate: which agent asked, which rule matched, what was decided and who approved. The ones in the demos on the receipt page are specimens, signed in your browser with a throwaway key, so you can change one and watch the signature fail.
Will the Gate see my data?
It has to see a request to classify it. Receipts are designed to keep hashes, action classes and amount bands, never prompt text or request bodies.
